A renowned figure in mountain biking, she earned Olympic silver medals in both the 2008 Beijing and 2016 Rio de Janeiro games. Her crowning achievement came in 2010 when she became the World Champion in the Olympic XCO event, a highlight among her numerous accolades from both world and European championships. She represented Poland with distinction in four Olympic Games: Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, Rio de Janeiro 2016, and Tokyo 2021. Off the track, she contributed to the athlete's commissions of the Polish Olympic Committee and the International Cycling Union. As an author, she co-penned "szKoła życia" alongside Julian Obrocki and "Rowerem na szczyt" with Karolina Oponowicz. Her dedication to the sport extends to organizing the Jelenia Góra Trophy - Maja Włoszczowska race, an international mountain biking event, since 2009, and she co-manages QUEST, a family venture producing specialized cycling attire.
